Pipestem Spa is a Destination Spa, with an on-site Event Center, Full Bar, adjacent Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast, located across from Pipestem Resort State Park. We can accommodate up to 150 people for Events and small groups for Spa and Salon Services.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays. We are open until noon on Christmas Day for gift certificate purchases. We open daily at 8:30.
How do I book an appointment?
We encourage advance appointments. Please book online. All services are reserved by credit card, cash or check. Please note that Salon (Hair Color, Cut and Style) service times and prices are approximate and all prices are subject to change without notification. How do I handle gratuity?
A 20% service gratuity is suggested and may be added at Spa checkout. The service gratuity is customizable to your preferred rate. Cash gratuity for service provider(s) is welcome.
What forms of payment are accepted?
The following forms of payment are welcome: cash, personal check, all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club and Pipestem Spa & Event Center gift cards/gift certificates.
When should I arrive? What if I am running late?
We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled service. You are welcome to arrive earlier or relax afterward and enjoy a cup of tea, glass of wine or a cocktail. A late arrival resulting in a delayed start of your scheduled service will reduce the length of your treatment and your treatment will end on time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
What should I know if this is my first spa experience?
We have designed your spa experience to be relaxing, quiet, and free of distractions. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off and conversations modulated. Pipestem Spa is a nonsmoking facility. We do have an outside smoking area.
What should I wear?
What you wear during your treatment is to your comfort level. A bathing suit is not required for any service, and you may be offered disposable underwear for some treatments. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time and you will remain draped with sheets, towels or blankets.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24-hours' notice for ALL date changes and cancellations of appointments. Deposits are not refunded with less than 24-hours' notice. Same day cancellations or "No-Shows" are charged at 100% and will be charged that day.
What is the Refund Policy for Gift Certificates/Event Tickets?
Gift Certificates, Gift Cards and Event Tickets are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They may be applied towards a different spa service.
What is the Refund Policy for Event Center Tickets?
We have many events, such as Comedy Zone shows (third Friday of every month), Murder Mystery Dinner Theater Shows, and many other Events throughout the year. Once you purchase a ticket to any event, it is non-refundable. You may sell or donate your ticket to someone else, but they may not be redeemed for cash and they may not be used for any other event or service other than the original date and time.
Is the Spa available to children?
We have special events just for children throughout the year, such as "A Night at The North Pole - Visit with Santa" and Princess Parties. These events are designed for children's safety and pleasure. During the month of May, we offer "Mother and Child" spa specials, for accompanied children. For the rest of the year, we can accommodate children, with a parent for some spa and salon services by special request.
What are your policies on Alcohol?
Alcohol must be arranged in advance and purchased only through Pipestem Spa & Event Center. All guests must be 21 to purchase or consume alcohol. For large events that include alcohol, we require security (at an additional charge).
