Pipestem Event Policies

We are committed to ensuring that guests have the best possible stay at Pipestem Spa, Event Center and Mountain Chalets!

Deposits

Reservations are charged an advance non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of the reservation and are secured by a valid credit card. Remaining balance charged 30 days prior arrival.

Non-Refundable Rate

Full payment due at time of booking with no refunds for any reason.

Pet Policy

Small, well-behaved dogs, with crates, and must be crated when alone. Pet fee is $45, per pet, per day.

Smoking Policy

We do not allow smoking in any interior areas, and smoking is only permitted outside and away from porches and buildings.

Room Occupancy

Extra guests are $25 per person, per stay, with prior approval.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 am on the day of departure. You do not have to check in at the front desk - all chalets have keyless entries. Please check your email for the keyless entry code. If you have any problems, please text/call Anna at 304-894-4830. The owners live on the property, are available most of the time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival - 100% refund of advance deposit (less $50 non-refundable cancellation fee per chalet, per night).

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND for any reason.

Unusual or excessive damage from pets or breakage will be charged based on damage on the credit card used for booking ($250 minimum charge).

Smoking inside any building will incur an immediate $250 fine, payable on the credit card used for booking, and guests may be asked to vacate the property.
