Room rates are priced per chalet, and have maximum occupancy rates. We do not allow additional guests.
Magnolia - King Suite - sleeps 2
Rosewood - three bedrooms/two baths - sleeps 6
Dogwood - 3 bedrooms/2 bath - sleeps 12
Chestnut - 3 bedrooms/2 bath -sleeps 10
Rates are per chalet, based on the day of the week. Midweek (Sunday-Thursday) rates are lower than weekend (Friday, Saturday) rates. Rates are subject to change at any time and may be higher on a Sunday preceding a holiday. We may also require a 2-night minimum on some weekends during the year.
We do not allow group events, i.e. parties, receptions, or any other group gathering that include guests not staying in the chalets, unless known and approved in advance by management.
Local taxes (12%) are not included in room rates.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Chalets are ready for check in at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 am on day of departure. You do not have to check in at the front desk - all chalets have keyless entries. Please check your email for the keyless entry code. If you have any problems, please call Anthony at 304-894-4831. The owners live on the property are available most of the time.
Reservations are charged an advance non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of the reservation and are secured by a valid credit card. Any balance due is paid at check-out. Your reservation confirmation is emailed upon receipt of your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks with proper ID are welcome.
SMOKING, PETS AND KIDS:
We are sorry but we do not allow pets without prior approval (small, well behaved dogs, with crates, are sometimes allowed - with refundable pet deposit of $75)
We do not allow smoking in any interior areas, and smoking is only permitted outside and away from porches and buildings.
GIFT CARDS OR CERTIFICATES:
Please let us know when you make your reservation, either over the phone or online, if you have a gift card or gift certificate. Please also be sure to read any restrictions or expiration dates carefully. Gift cards or certificates may not be redeemable, if we cannot verify Pipestem Spa issued the gift certificate number in our system or you do not present the gift card or certificate during your stay.
We do not issue new gift certificates for lost gift certificates, for any reason, even if they were purchased and issued by us.
Cancellations 10 days or more prior to arrival - 100% refund of advance deposit (less $50 non-refundable cancellation fee per chalet, per night)
Cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival - 50% refund of advance deposit
Cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival - no refund of advance deposit
